The Pro Loco of Urgnano is organizing a free women's self-defense course on the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women on November 25th. The program consists of three meetings dedicated to awareness, prevention and personal safety. The lessons are held in the "A" martial arts gym of the Municipal Sports Center, on via dei Bersaglieri, and are led by master Santo Pesenti of ASD Bergamasca Sankaku 1977. The sessions are on Saturday 14, 21 and 28 November 2026, from 15:00 to 16:30. The initiative is promoted by Pro Loco Urgnano with Polisportiva Urgnano and with the patronage of the Municipality of Urgnano. Participation is free, with pre-registration by November 11th and a non-competitive sports medical certificate to be presented at the first meeting.
