The Municipality of Trezzo sull'Adda, together with the Combatant Associations, the Alpini Group and the National Carabinieri Association, celebrates the Day of National Unity and the Armed Forces with a solemn commemoration. The program includes a Holy Mass in suffrage of the fallen at the Parish Church, followed by a procession through the city streets with the laying of a laurel wreath at the War Memorial in Piazza Nazionale, where the flag-raising and speeches by the authorities will take place.
In case of bad weather the procession will not take place: the wreath-laying and the official commemoration will be held in the Sala dei Gelsi in Via Biffi. Citizens are invited to display the tricolor.
