Sentiero dei Fiori: mandatory clockwise direction

Ponte di Legno (BS)

The Sentiero dei Fiori is a high-altitude trail in the area of the Presena glacier, between the provinces of Trento and Brescia, between Passo Castellaccio and Passo Lagoscuro, at altitudes above 3,000 m above sea level. The route is classified as a via ferrata (EEA) and requires the use of specific equipment: harness, approved via ferrata set and helmet. For safety reasons, in August it is mandatory to walk it exclusively clockwise, starting from Passo Lagoscuro (reachable from Passo Presena) and ending at Passo Castellaccio.
