On Sunday 8 November 2026, Paderno Franciacorta celebrates the Giornata dell'Unità Nazionale and the Festa delle Forze Armate with a public ceremony involving the town and its associations. The gathering is at 9:00 in Piazza della Libertà, with the flag-raising and the laying of a laurel wreath at the Monumento ai Caduti. From there, the parade sets off accompanied by the Corpo Bandistico "Filarmonica Don Tranquillo Pietta" of Passirano towards the chapel to the fallen at the Cemetery, where a second wreath is laid. The procession then continues along via Garibaldi, via Toselli and via Zini to the Sacrato della Parrocchia di San Pancrazio. At 10:00 the Chiesa Parrocchiale hosts the Holy Mass in suffrage of the fallen of all wars; at the end of the celebration the Gruppo Alpini offers a small aperitif. The event is organised by the Comune di Paderno Franciacorta with the Gruppo Alpini di Paderno Franciacorta and the Associazione Nazionale Arma dei Carabinieri, and the Administration invites citizens to display the tricolour flag at their windows.
