On Sunday 1 November 2026, the Municipality of Gonzaga celebrates National Unity and Armed Forces Day with a programme of commemorations held in the main town and in the hamlets of Bondeno and Palidano. The gathering is at 9:00 in Piazza Castello, from where the procession of delegations reaches Piazza della Vittoria for the laying of a wreath to the fallen; a shuttle then takes participants to the Monumental Chapel of the Cemetery. The celebrations continue in Bondeno, in Piazza 4 Novembre, and in Palidano, in Piazza Sordello, with a visit to the cemetery, the laying of wreaths and a ceremony with religious rite, institutional speeches and a historical insight. The morning is accompanied by the Associazione Musicale Banda di Gonzaga. The event is organised by the Municipality of Gonzaga, which invites citizens to participate and to display the Tricolore.
