Franco Matticchio: Here and There
HIC (Hub Istituti Culturali)
From October 11, 2026 to January 17, 2027, the HIC (Hub Istituti Culturali) in Gallarate hosts the exhibition "Franco Matticchio. Here and There". The exhibition presents over fifty original pastel and acrylic works, color prints, book covers and illustrated records, covering almost fifty years of the artist's career. Populated by "wrong" animals and bizarre characters, Matticchio's world combines irony and introspection, capable of fascinating both children and adults. The exhibition aims to unleash the poetic irony with which the artist has traversed Italian and international publishing.
