Corsico at BookCity Milano 2026: Il senno sulla luna
Biblioteca Sul Naviglio, Corsico
Organised by Comune di Corsico
From 23 to 29 November 2026, the Biblioteca Sul Naviglio in Corsico hosts the programme through which the municipality takes part in BookCity Milano, the widespread festival dedicated to books and reading. The chosen title, "Il senno sulla luna", echoes the theme of the fifteenth edition, inspired by Ludovico Ariosto's Orlando Furioso and Astolfo's journey to the Moon. The schedule alternates book presentations and meetings with authors, a theatrical performance featuring Orlando, Astolfo and the Hippogriff, a creative workshop and a workshop for the little ones. The event closes with sky observation through the telescopes of amateur astronomers, to look at the Beaver Moon. The initiative is promoted by the Comune di Corsico. All appointments are free admission until full capacity, with mandatory reservation.
