Organised by Sezione A.N. Bersaglieri Cav. di Vittorio Veneto Delfino Borroni di Castano Primo
On Wednesday 4 November, the day of the Festa dell'Unità Nazionale e delle Forze Armate, the Sezione A.N. Bersaglieri Cav. di Vittorio Veneto Delfino Borroni di Castano Primo is organising the conference "Pace e guerra nel 1914-1918" at Villa Rusconi. The speaker is Dr. Michele Vitali, councillor of the Associazione Nazionale Giuseppe Garibaldi and of the Società Lombarda per la Pace e la Giustizia Internazionale. The meeting starts from the definition of the First World War as a "suicide of Europe" and explains the reasons for it. Vitali also retraces the problems and resentments left open after that conflict, which would have led to the second. The appointment falls on the date that commemorates National Unity and recalls the memory of the fallen.
