Cineforum in Brivio - Alfred Hitchcock
Biblioteca di Brivio
Organised by Pro Loco Brivio
The film club returns to the library in Brivio with a series dedicated to Alfred Hitchcock. Four evenings, every Thursday in November, starting at 9:00 PM. The programme opens on 5 November with "Rear Window" (1954) and continues on the 12th with "Vertigo" (1958), on the 19th with "North by Northwest" (1959) and on the 26th with "Psycho" (1960). Four titles from the 1950s, useful for following how Hitchcock built tension through gaze, enclosed spaces and editing. The series is organised by Pro Loco Brivio: one film per evening, at the library, at 9:00 PM.
