La ferita, la letizia. Faccia a faccia con San Francesco poeta di Dio e del mondo
Cineteatro Nuovo Arcore
Organised by Comune di Arcore
On Monday 2 November 2026, at 9 pm, the Cineteatro Nuovo Arcore hosts the meeting "La ferita, la letizia. Faccia a faccia con San Francesco poeta di Dio e del mondo" with Davide Rondoni, poet, writer and president of the National Committee for the celebrations of the eighth centenary of the death of Saint Francis. Rondoni rereads Francis of Assisi as a poet of God and of the world, around the two words of the wound and of gladness: the sorrow of things and the joy that runs through them. A dialogue to approach the Canticle and the language of Francis without the veneer of devotion. The appointment is part of the celebrations for the Franciscan VIII Centenary (1226-2026) and of the programme of Autunno Arcorese 2026. The event is organised by the Municipality of Arcore, with free admission.
